We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

'The communication with Viv went really smooth. The check in was with a lockbox so we could enter when we want. The room is small but well equipped with a small kitchen, double bed, tv and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't that clean. There was hair in the shower from the previous guests and had an overall feel of not being cleaned well. This is in my eyes a negative point. 'Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness.
