'Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.'

Low tide makes the beach nearly useless as it goes way out.

'I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I always stay in a bure in the Reef section (adults only) and I will always go back. Lorraini, But Ani, and Alisi will look after you! I highly recommend it! See you next year!'

'A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards.
