'Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.'

'Our stay was relaxing. Room 226 was clean with plenty of space. Even had washing machine and dryer. All The staff are exceptional and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is great. Breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. Obviously very family friendly going by the number of families when we were there. Unfortunately we did find the buffet dinner in the Blu Bar was a bit on the expensive side. But otherwise a large selection of food.
But found the other restaurants better...

'Nice big resort, loads of space, though starting to look a little tired here and there.
Staff were fantastic, breakfasts superb, though sadly disappointed in dinners had at restaurants. Best meals were on room service and beach bar menus, not what you’d expect.'

'A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards.
