'Goed verblijf gehad bij The Pearl. Internet lag er uit toen we incheckten waardoor ze op dat moment geen kamersleutels konden uitgeven. De competene en gastvrije dame achter de balie had snel een work around gevonden + had meteen een spa afspraak voor ons geregeld. Spa medewerkers waren zeer gastvrij en masseerden goed. 'The resort itself is beaytiful! It is small enough to walk around or use the bicycles provided for free, but it feels like you have place to yourself as well, the way it is laid out. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa and felt like we were the only people there. The Villa was spectacular and neatly maintained by staff and housekeeping. 'The hotel was really nice! The staff was amazing! They came sit at your table and speak with you, and they sang for us! They were really helpfull and nice. We really liked the scenery and the quiteness of the location. However, if you would want to leave the hotel you have to walk a 4km road that is hilly, or you can be dropped off by the hotel at the road for a fee. '

'Stuff was very friendly with our bags. It was very clean.. only thing the gate door was not locking. And the front desk girl name Karishma wasn’t friendly at all. She’s very rude. I have deal with her couple times and she’s the same. She should take some customer service class…..'

'We zijn een week in Mango Bay verbleven. Voor de prijs is er veel te doen, het ligt op 45 minuten van een stad, dus je kunt nergens anders heen dan het resort. Het barpersoneel probeerde steeds je wisselgeld achter te houden, maar de kamermeisjes, obers en entertainers waren erg vriendelijk.'

'Beyond our best expectations. Staff were amazing - they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. It was a very quiet, small boutique resort - very decent sized pool. Would absolutely staff again. '

'We had an amazing stay at Waidroka. The staff is wonderful, food was good, and diving was fantastic. It is such a peaceful, lovely, eco-resort where you away from crowds and city noise. We didn't want to leave!'

'Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner. 'The house is located in pacific harbour. This is an area where a lot of expads have a villa. This house is old. Interior, exterior. Not what we are used to have in europe or the US. Everything is used very much and worn out. The kitchen is a bit sticky and also very old. Kitchendoors are painted 20 times and also a long time ago. The beds are small and only there you have aironditioning. Not in the kitchen or living room. The towels, bedsheets have all different colors. The musquito doors are...
