'Staff was very friendly, food slow (if available at all). Rooms are very noisy, you hear your neighbours sneeze and fart. Planes make the whole building shake a little. But the room was big, the pool nice, the breakfast okay. Just don’t expect luxury if you don’t pay for luxury. '

'Amazing hotel, adult only zones were very peaceful and beautiful surroundings and sunset views. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the food choices from the many on-site restaurants was great. Transfers to the islands were also very easy from this hotel.'

'It's a good place for your first night of last night before you go to the islands. Don't spend too long here. The beach is dirty and the sea too. Don't expect a white beach and blue water. The food is expensive, just go to Bamboo at the end of the road to get lunch and dinner, much cheaper and better. It's a good place for just one night as it's close to the airport. Also try the local bus!'

'Great location and resort, especially if you have kids, but a bit run down.
Main thing they need to work on it consistently of drinks across all bars and restaurants as you could order the same drink 5 times and get different drinks. Not an issue if you in an all inclusive drinks package but if you’re paying it’s annoying and only get value for money on every second drink.
Food quality is decent but'

'Convenient but rooms need update. Lots of dust and mosquitoes
Smell stale.
Need new rugs in hallways and filters need cleaning.
Some staff don’t have smile on face.
No microwave in rooms to warm food etc. very small eating space in rooms.
But very secured with security for safety.
Halal option not available as all meat kept close to each other giving rise to food contamination.
Should have separate table for halal food option.
Spoon not provided with cutlery.
But yeah love the...
