' What a fabulous hotel?! From the moment we arrived, we loved our stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel reception area is decorated to a high standard with a quirky twist. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had.. and we have had a lot!!! We are telling everyone about this hotel and already planning our return visit! Thank you to all the staff'

'The spa changing rooms could do with a revamp - they are small, .cold and they don't smell great. More loungers around the pool area would add to the experience too. The corridor leading to the toilets off reception smells terribly and it was the same last time we stayed too, Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the food in the Palm Court is great and the breakfast great too. The treatments in the spa were also amazing. Bathrooms great in the rooms too.'

'Excellent breakfast, fresh hot and cold food with great choice of options. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Nice cozy bar. Excellent location for as we like to be near tourist attractions, restaurants and bars (all were 4-10 min walk from hotel) but off the main bit so it was quiet at the hotel. Close to railway also. '

'Breakfasts was everything you could have wished for . The staff were very attentive to your needs, nothing was too much trouble for them. Evening meals the staff again were amazing. The bar staff were excellent. '

'Good breakfast, changing rooms in pool area not very clean. Reception staff were excellent. Room was clean. We were there with 2 children aged 8 and 2 and they loved it at the hotel. We only booked a standard double but were given executive room which had a fridge. We got complimentary crisps, kitkat and cans of coke daily for all 4 of us which was great and unexpected.'
