'We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had booked a superior king bedroom but they had upgraded us to a suite which was so special, there was a card in the room congratulating us on our 16th anniversary. Such lovely touches to make the experience truly memorable. The bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The suite was spacious with a great view of the beautiful city of Chester. 'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome.
