'Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out.'

'What a great place to stay. Staff were incredible, cheery, polite and very helpful. Room was spacious, had everything we needed including free cookies! Location was perfect, short stroll to train station and short stroll to the main street. Would highly recommend. '

'Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint.'

'Lovely room, quiet, clean. We were a bit worried when we saw the hotel was on such a busy street, but once we were in our room, we heard absolutely nothing from all the noise outside. Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!'

'Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey.'
