'The hotel is situated conveniently in between the retail and entertainment outlets on the one hand and the beach on the other. Both are at walking distance. The room itself was very large and pleasantly decorated. Overall good quality furnishing and mattress.'

'It’s a great budget model the things I didn’t like was the bathroom door didn’t stay shut and the hum of the ac running all night from other rooms as the ac’s are old box type it would be better if they updated to split systems for there rooms'

'We had a wonderful stay in Frankston. It was off season and pleasantly quiet. The amenities provided at the condo were more than sufficient. With the Cole's and other shopping so close we rarely left the building. When we did go into Melbourne it was easy on public transit or UBER. We highly recommend this property for a great get away.'
