'Amazing place to stay! The sunsets were beautiful. Plenty of parking at the house and we had 6 autos and a large boat trailer in the driveway. '

'We had a family of 11, ages 7 to 70, stay here for the weekend. We had a great time. Outdoor space was amazing for the perfect temperatures we had. We sat on the top deck a lot and enjoyed the views, fished, grilled, and played games. Only issue was the internet. Couldn't get it to connect which was probably only temporary and I'm sure is pretty common on the lake but no big deal. Host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. 'Nice access to the lake. Nice living areas. The table in the main living area is a little too big to be able to easily access the sectional seating area.Fan on back porch appears to have a burned up motor. Would have been nice if it worked, especially to sit on the porch in evening.This was our second stay at this location.'

'We stayed here for our anniversary and fell in love with it. It was nice and clean, no complaints. We love fishing and this was the perfect spot. We cooked the whole stay and we was graced with trash bags, paper towels and seasoning that was already there. I would most definitely recommend this sot and will be returning soon.'

'Perfect location for our family get together. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 8 kids. The bunkroom gave the kids a place away from the adults for games and hanging out. The location on the cove was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding without a lot of boat traffic. '

'Impressive lakefront property with large linear water frontage. Appropriately sized for a moderate to large family gathering with many lake activities available to do. Very clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished house with up to date decor. Well-equipped kitchen for the chefs in your group. Direct TV programming on the living room television. Host was easy to communicate with and was promptly available with replies to any questions.'

'This is a wonderful property. Our family rents a beach or lake house every summer, and this one was easily my fave! Very well-stocked, lots of thoughtful details, and beautifully decorated. The kids had a blast with the lily pad, the inflatable water slide, and all the activities in the air-conditioned garage. The adults loved the hot tub and sitting on the porch in the evenings. The family members who stayed in the guest house were very comfortable but noted there really wasn’t a place to hang...

'My stay was a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy life. I had stressful family business in Dallas (not far away) that had to be done but all my burdens seemed to melt away when I returned to Mallard's Mist. It's easy to unwind when you pull in the drive and there is a beautiful heard of deer. '
