My husband and I sat for at least 15 minutes watching one species after the other effortlessly float by in the largest aquarium habitat in the world (6.3 million gallons of seawater). 'The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

'The size of the apartment was great, but the code for the gate, elevator and room did not work when we arrived. We sat in the parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to hear back from the host and it took another 10 minutes for them to get the code working. Some minor inconveniences to note: there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (and two guests), and a few paper towels left on the only roll. With no front desk, we had to purchase more paper goods at CVS ourselves. '

' 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...

"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! "
