'We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. Pets are welcome, but there is not a place to walk them that is not covered in stickers. 4. The day we were checking out, the water shut off at 10:15 a.m. 5. The email I...

'What a beautiful house with a view! The host Trent was so very nice and fast on the communication. The house was big, beautiful, clean, with plenty of space, and the ac worked great! If ever I am in Lubbock again my family and I will be staying there. '

'We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. '

'The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.'

The neighborhood was very nice and the home was neat and clean and had the supplies we needed to stay the short time we were there management was very responsive and answered. All questions in a timely fashion. Only recommendation would be to check the sink water pressure in bathrooms. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.'
