'They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here! There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room. We would defenitely visit again! The WiFi could be better'

'The staff were super friendly. The room was impeccably clean. it was fun to be able to use the rooftop pool after swimming at the beach. The restaurant was accommodating to my vegan diet a wonderfully fresh cooked meal right on the spot. The beach service was perfect. We used WhatsApp to communicate for cocktails and food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the perfect beach getaway.'

'Het is een rustig hotel met simpele maar adequate kamers. Goede douche, grote tv met Netflix etc en een groot comfortabel bed. Strand is vlakbij. Voornaamste nadeel is het matige eten maar er zijn allerlei restaurants in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zou beter kunnen.'

'Check in was fast and host was very nice. I got a room with balcony or thought I did . All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room. When I booked the amenities stated there was free shuttle to beach but I was told it had recently changed by seeing the reviews saw it had changed a day before I arrived on the 21st. 'The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

'Excelente la habitación, limpio, ordenado con un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. La alberca en excelentes condiciones. Todo el el complejo es de excelente calidad y sobre todo muy bien en el aspecto de seguridad. Los propietarios nos atendieron de muy buena forma y nos sentimos en todo momento con buen recibimiento con la seguridad que ante cualquier eventualidad contaríamos con su apoyo y gentileza. 'The home is lovely and a block or so from the beach and like 3 from town center. We didn't see the host. The host contacts by WhatsApp or expedia msg. Can take long to respond. They send home instructions on how to get in. House has no generator so if the electricity goes out in town your without energy in the home and without water.
