'They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here! There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room. We would defenitely visit again! The WiFi could be better'

'Het is een rustig hotel met simpele maar adequate kamers. Goede douche, grote tv met Netflix etc en een groot comfortabel bed. Strand is vlakbij. Voornaamste nadeel is het matige eten maar er zijn allerlei restaurants in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zou beter kunnen.'

'Me asignaron una habitación que indicaban que eran para la plataforma de Expidia estaba pésima sin ventilación y por ello abandoné dicho hotel solo hospeda me una noche, creo que si levan a dar prioridad a sus propios clientes se salgan de esta plataforma. Saludos'

'Recibí la habitación y la regadera estaba sucia, se ve que alguien había usado la regadera antes de entregarme la habitación y nadie revisó. quise llegar a descansar pero junto a la habitación esta el Bar del hotel que es abierto sin paredes, así que mi cama estaba junto a la bocina del karaoke. En el buscador te aparece que estas en Puerto Progreso y está a 25 minutos del Puerto en Carro. Mala experiencia'

'The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

'Excelente la habitación, limpio, ordenado con un ambiente relajado y tranquilo. La alberca en excelentes condiciones. Todo el el complejo es de excelente calidad y sobre todo muy bien en el aspecto de seguridad. Los propietarios nos atendieron de muy buena forma y nos sentimos en todo momento con buen recibimiento con la seguridad que ante cualquier eventualidad contaríamos con su apoyo y gentileza. En definitivo regresaremos y los recomiendo ampliamente. Gracias por sus hospitalidad.'
