'Fijn hotel, direct aan het strand! Er is geen lift. Douche wordt maar een beetje warm, en erg weinig water, mooi balkon! Parkeren is gratis. '

'Es un engaño, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Alto precio para un hotel, viejo, descuidado, sucio, ruidoso. Lo venden como un hotel boutique, pero en realidad es una casa vieja con pileta en lugar de alberca. Le dieron una “ arreglada” y ahora lo hacen pasar por un buen hotel.'

'They have created a little piece of paradise here! Very friendly staff. The rooms are very cute, looks like you are sleeping in an old Maya house. The pool area is nice and very relaxing and they even have some toys etc for kids. We loved it here! There are muscitoes and the rooms are not fully closed off, but they provide a muscito net and some spray for the room. We would defenitely visit again! The WiFi could be better'

'Het is een rustig hotel met simpele maar adequate kamers. Goede douche, grote tv met Netflix etc en een groot comfortabel bed. Strand is vlakbij. Voornaamste nadeel is het matige eten maar er zijn allerlei restaurants in de buurt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zou beter kunnen.'

All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room. When I booked the amenities stated there was free shuttle to beach but I was told it had recently changed by seeing the reviews saw it had changed a day before I arrived on the 21st. 'The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

Todo el el complejo es de excelente calidad y sobre todo muy bien en el aspecto de seguridad. Los propietarios nos atendieron de muy buena forma y nos sentimos en todo momento con buen recibimiento con la seguridad que ante cualquier eventualidad contaríamos con su apoyo y gentileza.
