'Such a cool unique property with something for everyone! We have 3 very different teens and EVERYONE had a blast. The house? Cool 70’s vibe with modern amenities. Good wifi. But the authenticity of the house takes you back! House is well stocked & clean. Hosts were very responsive when we had a slight hiccup. Very kind & helpful. Gorgeous property…you have to see it for yourself. A lil slice of heaven. We will be back! '

'This is a beautiful property! We loved staying here and it was perfect as a gathering spot for family. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this was one of the top! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and a great front porch!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Kay’s cabin. Nita is awesome and helped with any needs we had. The horses came right up to the cabin for me to pet them and it made my heart so happy. I love feeding them too. We will definitely stay here again! Our dogs had the time of their life.'

'This was my family’s first time to stay in Athens and at this wonderful house. Everything was nice, clean, spacious, peaceful and comfortable. It was so relaxing and refreshing and convenient to everything while being off on a very quiet dead end road. Sydney was a great hostess and we were pleasantly surprised to have some unexpected snacks waiting for us. Very nice touch! We wil definitely stay here there next time we come to Athens! '

'What a fantastic place. We loved it here and extended our stay for almost 2 weeks. Nothing but the sound of nature with the cicadas. Great deck area and modern upstairs cabin. Access is by stairs and you can wander down to the river if you walk around the side of the property. Aircon and wifi was perfect, Netflix etc was great. Very little boat traffic on the river so super quiet and private. Absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat when I get back to Alabama. Thankyou!'

'We loved the layout of this house as the top flor was primarily used for the kids. There is a cool multi game table that my kids really enjoyed. This house is right on the water and was perfect for us to enjoyed mornings on the deck and fishing from the dock. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommend this house to anyone!'
