'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'Great place to stay in a new gated community in New Cairo development; the apartment is spotless clean with modern appliances and everything you need to make yourself home. There is a mall within 10 mins walk which has a supper market , coffee shops and resturants. The property management team is very responsive and always available on whatsap or you can just walk to their office on ground floor during business hours. '

'We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. '

'This apartment is lovely and in a safe, convenient neighborhood. I loved spending the cooler mornings and evenings on the rooftop with my tea and a book. It was easy to get to/from the airport and pick up Ubers to/from the location. There is a grocery with everything and a lovely restaurant just around the corner. It is a lovely, private space to enjoy Cairo from. Ehab, the host, is very kind and responsive on WhatsApp. '

'We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen. "This was the worst hotel i've been in years. Breakfast and diner were good. But besides that everything was not good. Crew verbally fighting infront of my table. Shower turns from to hot to cold in seconds during your shower. A lot of noice from the street (and I was on 4th floor). Huge internet router in the room (so yeah good wifi) but it had a huge green light wich led the room. And Egyptian people in general don't understand what boundaries are. They keep crossing it."
