'We rented this house for FSU family weekend with another family. Our boys enjoyed home cooked meals. We will definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax. So much better than a hotel. '

'We rented a home locally so that I could spend time with my kids and nieces and nephews for Easter it was a comfortable stay, lots of space. Great neighborhood and great neighborhood. '

'From booking to checking in to checking out everything was super easy. The cottage is just as it's pictured-- super cute and very clean. The location was great! We were in town for FSU's Parents Weekend and would love to stay here again for future events with our Seminole. Rorry was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.'

'When we arrived at the property it was already occupied. I was charged on 5/5/2025 for the booking and am now unable to get a refund due to supposedly the late cancelation. Which was unforeseen since i did noy know it was unavailable till the moment i went to check in.'

'Awesome home and location to FSU. Also easy to shopping, restaurants etc. Mike and Kim were amazing hosts and communication was quick and easy. House is larger thank it looks and love that every bedroom has a tv. We spent most our time inside and at FSU but the backyard is huge and the front porch is big as well. Loved the carport to keep car covered in that FL sun. Highly recommend and are looking forward to a return stay. '
