'We came down for a tour of Florida State University. The location was great. The cottage was clean and very nice. The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive when we chatted with them. I would definitely recommend this home and I hope it's available again when we return for the next steps at FSU. '

Absolutely beautiful place, looks just like the pictures, we were relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it. 'The booking was smooth. I actually asked to move the dates and the owners made it happen with no fuss. I got in and had no issues. I did think there was a cooking surface and didn’t have one, but other than that everything was good '

'I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. '
