'The cabin was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and pets. The outdoor space was perfect; really enjoyed the swings. Loved the separate space for dogs. Even though cabin is in Sevierville it was an easy drive to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Used Waze maps for traveling and was able to use some of the back roads to avoid the backed-up traffic. Would definitely book again when coming back to the area.'

'The house is EXTREMELY clean. Perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved that the master was downstairs and other two bedrooms were upstairs. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. '

'This was a great place to stay. From check in to check out we had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything listed. The only thing that I feel would be nice it a little map on something showing where the pool was. We struggled to find it at first but had no affect to stay.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and modern. It offered a private atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to Pigeon Forge and its attractions. We loved the swim spa! '

'If your are looking for seclusion this is the place. It was perfect for my wife and I and two adult children. Short drive to several marina's that which have great menu's. ten - fifteen minute drive to local town with walmart and several drive thru's and several local diners. Outdoor museum nearby, and only fifteen minutes off the highway. Swim off private doc, paddle boats, fish, pontoon, great lake. '

'Lovely'

'Cabin was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. Rails on deck were loose ( unsafe), master shower is poorly designed( water ends up all over the floor), countertops in kitchen were cracked / bowed. Flooring on deck is starting to rot. The dryer took several cycles to dry. I think the cabin looks tired in spots. The host was exceptional. I think for the price I expected a little more. '

'This was a special getaway and this cabin and location fit all the boxes. We spent a day in Pigeon Forge and another in Gatlinburg. Both places were so close to the cabin We saw two little turtles in the pond and a very long fish, possible a pike. We also saw a tree we had never seen before in front of the cabin. A Persian Silk Tree with very silky flowers. So beautiful. Thank you for this experience'

'Stayed in this house for family vaca this year. Upon arrival, we were slightly bummed. The photos show open space around the home, which was a big selling point for us since there was 7 children (ages 6-15) in our party. We were expecting there to be space to play. Sadly alot of the open space shown in the pictures is not there. Its over grown with bushes. Oh well the kids played great in the driveway. The house itself was beautiful. The inside was tastefully decorated and had plently of space...

'We planned on a party of 11 and kids and ended with a total of 18 lots of places to sleep and enjoy. Lots for all to do and peaceful. '
