Kies je hotel in Greenup County

'Front desk staff were competent. The room was clean but the bed was hard. The ice machine was out of order on our floor and dirty dishes were sitting in the hallway all day. Unavailability of coffee in the lobby was unfortunate. They have a Starbucks but … come on. For the price, a cup of coffee should be provided. We had brunch in the restaurant and the steak was well cooked and the service was good.'

'Property was clean, room was comfortable and clean. Kathy at fromt desk, checked me in and her energy was so refreshing. She was so nice. Later I had a question and went to front desk and Autumn was so polite and helpful! Those two made me feel so at home. This will become a regular stop for me because of them.'

'needed to be cleaned better. Reserved a king suite and was told at check in that they gave all the king suites out to other people!'

'Helpful staff and friendly people.'

'My room bathroom was full of dust and hairs from others people stays i didnt even took a shower'

'While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!'

'No complaints about the room which had a king bed. The Roku TV wasn't working, but the manager on duty (Jessica?) figured out the problem pretty quickly. There was a sign mentioning a swimming pool in the lobby, but it's no longer in service. Complimentary breakfast was good.'

'Good trip and helpful staff'

'It’s a great place to stay right in tif you don’t mind walking a bit you can walk to everything downtown about 15 minutes not bad though! I felt very safe walking around! Very nice town and very friendly people!'

'Like being at home! Super close to the fairgrounds for the Rock the Country Festival! A sweet lil home that will make you feel like a visit to your grandmas house! So much attention to detail. Snacks provided. Just a lot of extras most VRBO people don’t provide! Highly recommend it!! Slept like a baby!!'

'We were so happy with our stay and can't wait to come again! Very peaceful and very clean. Very cool area with lots to do within minutes from you. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!'

'Nothing at all was good. I got my money back and went to another hotel. They had bugs so bad.'

'It was in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable.'
