'It is very nice one bedroom suite. They have all the cooking ware in the kitchen. You can make your own meal if you like. There is no room service during the stay but staff are happy to provide anything we need. The place is nice and clean. We live in the room face the pool area. It is peaceful and quiet.

'Village suites are far better. Will never book this property.
When we reached at 4 pm, our room was not ready. We got our room at 5pm which meant our 1st day was completely wasted. Although they compensated with laye checkout, but it did not help.
Property has bad pool conditions and no jets were working in hot pool.
Private beach was closed for entire duration of the stay, reason being bad weather although it rained only for couple of hours.'

'Everything was amazing and I absolutely love staying at these hotels and will for sure be coming again!! The staff were extremely helpful and everyone was very kind.

'We booked a three night stay as a mini-vacation for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately we had to cancel the 2nd and 3rd night due to my husband having to visit the emergency department on our first night there. We gave the owner/manager of the hotel immediate notice that we would not be staying after the 1st night and would be checking out the next morning. I requested a refund for the 3rd night, understanding that it would be short notice for the 2nd night. He refused to provide a refund...
