'At first it was confusing for the amount of things I needed to add in order to get the check-in instructions but after providing the deposit a government ID photograph and a selfie of myself then I was able to get the check-in instructions. Getting to the apartment itself for the very first time was super stressful because again the instructions weren't very clear to me in reading it. 'The area was perfect! The Royal Ontario Museum was right across the street and beautiful shops and pubs everywhere! Building was so secure and top notch with beautiful views through the all glass walls/windows! Right next to the transit for easy access to the whole city. Great immediate communication too that helped answer any questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!'
