'My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience.
Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.”

'Stayed 2 nights in August. Spacious hotel with plenty to explore, we wished we'd had more time to make the most of all the facilities. Had a small hiccup with our room allocation at check-in, but the team resolved it quickly and professionally.
Food was a highlight - great buffet breakfast with a wide selection, and good options across the various restaurants on site. We also played 18 holes of golf; the caddies were professional, polite and added a lot to the experience.

'Wat een leuk en spannend hotel! Als je aan het zwembad ligt zie je de wilde buffels een paar meter verder in het water liggen, af en toe zagen we zelfs een krokodil voorbij zwemmen. Zelfs in het hotel kan je dus wilde dieren spotten. De kamers zijn zeer aangenaam en ruim. Het ontbijt was top, er was een ruime keuze van zowel de lokale als de westerse keuken. Wij zijn fan van dit hotel, zeker een aanrader !'

'Beautiful hotel with good food and friendly staff.
However the prices of the food en drinks menu are misleading: you should add 10% service taxes and 20% government taxes, which makes the restaurant quite expensive.'

'This hotel is located just in front of the entrance of Bundala national park.
I really enjoyed early morning safari which they recommended.
They provided me an upgraded room, and free dinner. That was so surprising.
And I could see an elephant from the balcony at night.
I hope to come back with friends in top season because they told me that we can camp in the national park with reasonable price.'
