'The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.'

'Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel.
Another thing to be aware of is that there are no elevators to the guest rooms, so if you’re on an upper floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

'These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around.
