'The room was clean. The bathroom towels seemed overused and threadbare. The carpet was dingy. All the staff were really nice. Gordon Ramsey Steak is fantastic. It has been the reason for our last two stays here. The hotel is okay.'

'My family and I stayed at the hotel over the weekend and the young lady that was working at the front desk was so helpful! We had to ask for blankets, extra towels and some other things and she was very accommodating! Great service and the hotel room we stayed in was nice. We were in room 210. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom walls and floor look like they need some attention or maintenance.'

'Beautiful cottage, very peaceful setting. The cottage is clean and very comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing. The proximity to Louisville was great for a day trip. If we make it back this way again, we will definitely stay here again. The host is very accommodating.'

'Lovely remodeled older home, nicely appointed, clean and very comfortable. Brought our fur babies who loved the fenced in back yard. Was a nice bonus to have the 1819 General Store right across the street. Would definitely stay again.'

'Cardinal house was clean, peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of wood for the woodburning fireplace and there were only 4 old ladies but we enjoyed sitting in our rocking chairs, sipping coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. This would be a great place for families to enjoy a family "campout" without having to worry with tents and dragging the camping gear.. the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking pots and pans. It is a good ways from town so bring everything with you....

'We loved the country setting and the sounds of nature! Very nice home with all the amenities you need. Furniture was fresh and in great and comfortable condition parking and access was as easy as could be and the location was close to everything you need! Would love to stay there again!'
