'The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler.'

Easy commute to Lexington / Frankfort area. So many places to cover. The apartment was so nice and clean. Loved the stay. '

'We absolutely loved our stay here! It was miserably hot the day we got into Louisville. Like heat index of 109 hot. The host let us check in a little early to escape from the heat. It was heaven compared to the previous VRBO we had been in. Everything worked perfectly. We loved the bed, the big fluffy towels and the garage was wonderful! Our large Ford fit in it! The art in the common spaces was great as was the art in our unit. The elevator was charming! '

'I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book again in the future. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and absolutely stunning (the 16 year girls said it was tiktok worthy! - the parents said it was the perfect retreat from a long day of shopping with those 16 year olds). Loved being close to downtown Louisville, but enjoyed the quiet and security this property offered.There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but chalked those up to being a newer VRBO listing...

'Eberything was clean and nearly arranged and the bedreem/bathroom combos were perfect! Having a bath for each bedroom spaces across the apartment from one another was so convenient. We were four older ladies traveling and we felt very safe and the boat was super responsive. Would stay again in a heartbeat!'
