'We only stayed for a quick overnight on our way home from a beach trip, but loved staying in the RV, and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool. Phil and Nancy were very helpful and responsive hosts. We hope to stay again when we are able to spend more time! '

Me and my fiancé have never been on a vacation together unless family was also involved, this place ticked every box she wanted and we were both pleasantly surprised by bulls cows goats walking the fence line as we arrived. She couldn’t get over that all weekend. 'The house is wonderful, we had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. The kids had so much fun in the game room. We had so much fun on the back deck. Great location for horseback riding and white water rafting. Also had a great day at the Biltmore. Great family vacation!'

'We only stayed one night, but we could see a weekend or longer. Great place in the mountains, beautiful house with great views. The kids loved the pool, game room and theater. The hosts are great with communicating prior and during the trip if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here. 10 minute drive to town if needed.'

'The property was great! Very cool modernish house. Pool table/ping pong table aren't really in operating condition. All the balls on the pool table fall to the same spot and the ping pong net is broken. The hot tub took a little bit to figure out and I think needs some maintenance, but overall we got it working and the stay was great. The communication was a little difficult with the host. 'We really enjoyed our stay. The location in Fletcher was great. It was only about a 20 minute drive into Asheville. The layout of the house was nice. Primary suite on main level and our daughters had the two bedrooms upstairs. There was an issue with one of the showers but a repairman came out the same day to fix it. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, fantastic! '
