Kies je hotel in Henderson County

'A very friendly and professional staff. We received an unexpected upgrade to a suite that made our stay much more comfortable. We grounds and suite were excellent.'

'Wonderful stay'

'This lovely inn, which is mostly up-to-date, is reminiscent of quaint motels in the 1950s. A semi-circle of small buildings gathers around the main office, each building containing three or so cabin-like rooms. The inn is close enough to Hendersonville to be convenient, but far enough out of town to be quiet and to have an attractive woodsy setting. Parking is in front of each room. I would have rated this lodging higher were it not for a few disappointments. My room was not cramped, but...

'Great experience'

'Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.'

'Fantastic place !!!'

'A little worn out here and there but overall a great vibe with beautiful surroundings, and kind staff. Free modern laundry room was a big plus.'

'The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

'Nice space in nature. Clean.'

'Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean.'

'We had a room over the breakfast area and the pool which was noisy in the morning and a little strange having a window viewing the indoor pool.'

'The staff was very nice and professional.'

'Staff upon checking in wasn't the best. Had to use the restroom prior to checking in and the bathroom was out of service. Lady at the front desk was cold and not very social. Room was okay at best. Floor was coming apart in places. Didn't get breakfast because flight left early. Best part was how close the hotel was to the airport (2 mins). I wouldn't stay there otherwise.'

'Good breakfast!'
