'All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed '

'Interieur uit de vorige eeuw. Ramen vies. Ontbijtopties zeer beperkt en alleen verkrijgbaar op kartonnen borden, plastic bekers en plastic bestek. Ontbijtruimte lijkt op wachtkamer bij de dokter.'

'The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. Last thing we noticed was that they don't clean the room every day. They do it every three days unless you request with 24 hours in advance. We will come back! Thanks'

'The room was clean, but it was interesting to find a penny on the floor by a trashcan. The hot tub was fantastic. Parking was good despite the construction around the site which will time go away. The breakfast bar was a little short on warm foods. This is my second stay here they have made significant improvement since the first time I stayed here. I would stay here again. Can’t go wrong with location and price.I’m'

'One of the best experiences at a hotel we have ever had. The staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the room very clean. We appreciated the walkway to the Target arena, which made the whole experience amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again.'

'They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund.'

'The shower was kind of gross. Hair in the showing. Other than that clean. Not very happy with the $30 parking. I feel as tho parking should be included. Then the same lot i parked in is $5 if you pay through the parking place vs the hotel. Kind of a scam if you ask me. I asked about it and they said that they charge different prices even tho it’s the same lot. The hotel charges more. The staff was very nice tho. We liked the snack place downstairs very convenient. '
