'This room was great!'

'The shower had hair on the walls. The air didn’t work properly. No one came and cleaned the room no fresh towels. The hallways smelled of wet dog. A lady was doing vape at the pool. She was trying to hide it. Marijuana was be smoked on the property even in the hotel rooms'

'Stay was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. One thing I would say is the communication with the kitchen staff could use some work. At least once per meal something wasn’t as requested when it was very basic request. Ex. No tomatoes, or sauce on the side.'

'We walked into the hotel room and it immediately smelled strongly of smoke (we had chosen a non smoking room, and I have asthma.) The bedroom for some reason had an empty jacuzzi tub sitting in the corner that had gross yellow stains all over it and appeared to be broken. The bathroom was grimy and not a space I would have felt comfortable bathing. To add to that we were on the first floor and the windows had no black out curtains and only thin near see through curtains. We walked right out...

'I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels.
