'Clean 1st floor room comfy bed '

'Rooms are outdated, like the room I used in Prague in the 80 s. The service of the personal was perfect. The restaurant was like a hamburgertent. So do not go for a diner there. You could go to a Mac. Donalds or something simmular to that. And those who smoke , don't go there. The cleaning personal , I give them a big hugh, they are perfect.'

'We flew from Canada for a 70th Birthday party here. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Liam our Breakfast server was phenomenal!! He was an attentive and professional with a smile. The Trainee manager Ryan with the lovely hair was a pleasure, as were the two bar tenders Jamie and Nathan. We would not hesitate to book this place again. '

'Room 10: The carpet looked like it had been vacuumed for a while. Dedicated coffee was still hanging on the apparently washed coffee cups! 'I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped. Breakfast was...

'It was close to Bosworth visiting center, it was a lovely big room, TV could be bigger screen and bed need sorting out otherwise had a wonderful time there, food excellent '
