'The room was not super clean, we could see the floor was not properly vacuumed. Also there were leftover goldfish snacks on the window sill. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The Wi-Fi was not working even if I typed my name and room number correctly. The window blinds (supposed to be somfy automatic) were not working either.'
