'The room was very aged, the door lock was broken. The bathroom was not clean. And it was so noisy outside it felt like there wasn't even a solid window. I will not be staying there again.'

The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. 'Something was biting us in the night (praying it wasn’t a bed bug) and our room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff was super friendly though. '

The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset.
