'This is a truly unique hotel. Charming and cosy and interesting buildings such as the Mississippi Capitol within walking distance. '

'When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience.'

'Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. '

'The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay.'

'Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!'

'Loved the size of the room, large refrigerator and microwave. We unfortunately weren't able to use the microwave. It would be on for 3-5 seconds and blow a breaker every single time. This caused the lights to flicker so we gave up. If they can get that fixed, it would be great'

'I normally love this location. However, time spent here was different. There was a hole in the shower, the exhaust fan did not work, the elevator floor had spilled food someone wasted the evening before and even though I told the front desk. It remained there the next morning. Not to mention children running in the hallways early in the mornings. Other than that, the location is amazing and the staff are pleasant.'

'I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn! The property is amazing. It is very nice, really modern. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the parking lot was lit very well and feels safe. We will definitely stay here again! '

'I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...

'Aging property with minimal amenities, upside the staff was nice and friendly, but everything about the place screams old and outdated. Hot water for the shower took 5-8 mins to finally reach temperature, toilet leaked so every 30-45 mins the toilet tank is filling while you’re trying to sleep. I stayed for the price but won’t recommend it for anything more than a place to sleep for those not overly picky about looks and condition.'

'Our room 214 smelled like a skunk. I called the front desk and he asked if we wanted an air freshener, but never brought it. The tub was dirty and the desk chair was terrible. There was very little pleather left on it. Then there was dried puke beside the bed. The guy at the front desk said I could come get a mop. I said he or housekeeping needed to come clean it up. He said he wasn’t going to do it. I asked for another room. We moved to 217 and the tub was dirty and stained. Even the outside of...
