'The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

'We had a good stay. We had relatives to visit and only a short amount of time, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment or use the facilities.
The apartment is very well located, with the beach within walking distance and cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy downstairs.

'いきなりチェックイン時に別の建物の部屋に変更させられタクシーで移動。その部屋は設備が不十分で、クレームを入れたがウォーターサーバーは最後まで届かなかった。ベランダは汚くゴキブリの死骸が散乱していた。一番不便なのはエレベーター用のカードキーが支給されず、エレベーターを使用する度に警備員が所持しているカードキーでタッチして貰わなければ行き先階を押せません。
