'⭐ 0 STARS IF I COULD — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL I have given Metropol Opera Deluxe Residence 1 star only because the system will not allow me to give ZERO. This was genuinely one of the worst and most frustrating hotel arrival experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we eventually managed to gain entry past the very grumpy doorman and went to the counter looking for some help. 'The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas.
