'The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....

'The property was great! They buggy you to the market nearby and also to the night market. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed help with. Daisy and Haia were so awesome! The breakfast buffet was really good every morning too. Andochine is located nicely on the island.'

'I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

'temporary accommodation during move. the apartment is large , however the a/c's (very slow cooling) and kitchen are outdated. at checkout - reception was unable to charge my credit card for the restaurant bill - eventhough restaurant was ok to put it on my room. the grounds and location of riverside are well maintained and within easy reach of An Phu and the schools in Thao Dien.
