'Great host, clean and convenient'

'I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

'I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!'

'Clean room with a pretty view! Perfect place to stay when visiting Hanoi if you’re looking to be slightly out of old town!'

'An Exceptional Stay – Luxury, Outstanding Service and Genuine Care We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Luxury Apartments and Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, brand-new luxury apartments to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. They didn’t just provide excellent service during our stay; they followed up and made sure we...

'Mooie kamer mooi hotel n lekker zwembad schoon vriendelijk personeel'

'We used many other units in this property. This particular one was well maintained and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.'

'Anything was great!! Would definitely recommend staying there'
