'Goede lokatie dicht bij het centrum. Met een Grab ben je snel waar je moet zijn. Slaapkamers erg gehorig (enkel glas) door het drukke verkeer wat dag en nacht over de grote weg rijdt voor de appartementen. Goede matrassen ondankt een op instorten staande lattenbodem! Douche was alleen eerste keer warm drie dagen erna niet meer. Fotos op expedia hoeven niet overeen te komen met de kamer waarin je belandt. Onze iets soberder dan van te voren gedacht. In het washok staat wel een wasmachine, maar geen droger waar je was strijkvrij uit komt. 'Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. '

'Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. 'I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. '
