'Uitstekend verblijf (mooi weer - wandelvakantie). Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht op bergen en dorp (Metsovo dorp op 15 min. met wagen - wandeling naar dorp vanuit hotel 7.5km (zéér steil). Prima service (iedereen spreekt vloeiend Engels) en is er als de pinken bij om je te helpen. Zeer voorkomend personeel met glimlach. Prima restaurant (lokaal en internationaal) met gastronomische toets. Gezellige bar. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime en nette kamer met luxueuze badkamer, groot overdekt terras....

'Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
