'Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. '

'This house was fully loaded! I was shockingly, surprised about the amount of toiletries, snacks, blankets, and most of all space there was. This was an amazing deal, and we are so grateful this property was available! We had 12 people stay in this house, and there was still room for more if we needed it. As a traveling team, this is the kind of property we need!'
