'My check in was great, the gentleman who assisted me was kind and courteous. My room key had to be redone every time I left the room, unsure of the reason, it was remedied as it occurred. I chose this hotel because of breakfast, however the 2 days I was there, none was offered, waited till 6:20 each morning (breakfast starts at 6am). Location was close proximity to food and entertainment. '

'BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it.
