'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didnโ€™t like so much (but thatโ€™s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were very kind and even upgraded to a premium room for free, which made the trip extra special. The view from the hotel was stunning, and the area was peaceful and relaxing. The location is also great-close to cafes, convenience store, and a local market. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Jeju!'
