'My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. '

'酒店非常近機場，而且搭的士前往都很便宜及方便。酒店附近有很多食店，旁邊也有藥粧店。另外洒店隔離已經係樂天免稅店，記得留時間一逛因19:00關門。跟一天團多數都在酒店門口接送，十分方便。很高興洒店能夠安排高層房間可以看到機場飛機升降及海景。'

'This was our second time staying in this hotel and we loved it even more this time! First off the staff is so nice and welcoming especially for foreigners! They welcomed us with print out in English with all the hotel information. There’s a great Jeju black pork restaurant next door and it’s super easy to walk to the beach from the hotel. This hotel will always be our first choice when coming back to Jeju!'

'We received kind service upon check in, we had a car but no where to park, the staff moved his car from his spot so we could park our car. There was a helpful information sheet in prepared in English to assist us with Korean hotel custom and other FAQ. Room was clean with nice polished wooden floors. We had ocean views (if weather was better the sunset would have been nice from this room). Bathroom is a little small but sufficient. Hairdryers is good. Bed is firm, which is what we prefer. One...
