'This hotel checks all the boxes for our must-haves: 1) clean and quiet room with comfortable mattresses, 2) convenient location and parking, 3) great breakfast, and 4) helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We walked to the pedestrian mall and university campus in less than 10 minutes.
