'Booked for a non smoking room and it clearly had been smoked in. The bathroom walls were unfinished and shower was dirty. First stay I had with them, the room was good, this second time it was not.'

'I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.'

'Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gebouw is wel wat vervallen en de kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ruikt in de kamer ook een beetje muf. De wifi is wel erg goed. Als het regent is er enorm veel herrie dus neem dan je oordoppen mee.'

'The pool was a toxic waste hole, there were razor blades in the stair well, the door to the bathroom in the lobby didn’t close, the lock in my room didn’t work, the tv had a giant black line through it making it unable to use, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve tried to sleep on, the couch had cigarette burns in it.'

'Could not even stay. There were bugs on the bed, roaches crawling on the walls, blood staining on the sheets and the rooms were overall disgusting. Called and asked for new bedding and they didn’t even have enough for our beds. We left'

'Pool was closed completely, but the staff were kind and helpful, especially the maintenance tech. He offered to help my grandma with her bags into our room, and cleaned up a water leak from him washing the door. He was great and even waved at us every time we left or arrived at our room.'

'Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast'

'The breakfast was terrible and the room just felt damp. The temp was adequate but the room itself felt sticky. The same goes for in the hall ways and dining area as well.'

'You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.'

'Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.'

'This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no.'

'Only stayed one night but it was nice, sheets where dingy and so were towels. Some of our towels were stained. But other than that was able to get a good night sleep and woke up to a descent breakfast.'

'Check-in was easy, and staff were personable and so kind. If you need snack, snacks, they are available; you may even charge them to the room if need be. Breakfast buffet was sizable and fresh!'
