'We had a lovely stay! A cozy place where we could hang out in between Olivet Nazarene University graduation events for my daughter. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen/dining was spacious for cooking and gathering around the table for a couple of meals. Excellent communication with both Lyle and Taylor and both were quick to answer questions that we had. Kroger was right down the road and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area. A perfect place for a family...

'This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. '

'When we arrived, I genuinely thought we were at the wrong location due to the condition of the shared front and back yards. The areas were littered with toys, trash, and various household items. I even recalibrated my GPS and drove around the block trying to find the correct place. First impressions mattered, and this was concerning, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area.Inside, there were multiple issues. The stove did not work consistently—the large burner would not light properly...

'House was clean and looked like the pictures. I gave 4 stars because the window in the queen bedroom would not lock and one of the adult bikes is not useable in its current condition. It makes a very loud noise when trying to ride like something is grinding. The biggest issue was truly the window as that’s where kids were supposed to sleep but I couldn’t sleep well knowing the window was not able to be locked '

'This was my third time staying at this location. It is the perfect location and accommodations for moving my ONU student in and out of campus! Everything we need is at the house, just wish we had more time to enjoy the back yard and hang out! Thank you Ami for hosting us again!'
