She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. 'Eight of us spent a delightful week. We had the house and one of the two adjacent apartments. Outdoor living was great. AC in the sleeping areas was fine. The kitchen is well equipped. Pool was great, although there isn't a shallow end for little non-swimmers. Lots of floaties are provided. There is plenty of beach equipment. You can walk to the beach but the hill is steep. 'The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. 'We as a family of four spent eight days at the property beginning of August '25 (wet season) and enjoyed every day. The location was great being in the middle of Samara with a simple three-minute walk to the beach. The ice cream parlour across the road was a hit with the girls. 'Casa Pacifica was the destination for a family gathering for members from Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, ages 2 and a half to 74. 'L’endroit en général est très bien situé si vous aimez le repos et la plage . Les chambres sont propres mais on y retrouve quand même quelques insectes ( ce qui est normal au Costa Rica) . La cuisine extérieure est très utile et la vue est superbe . L’école de surf à proximité était super également ! Nous récompensons ! '
