'Gorgeous clean and well constructed property. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Grounds were well maintained and very private from the outside town. Be advised there are two different locations, Residencias and Beachfront. We had a two bedroom unit with kitchenette in the Residencias. There looks to be several rooms above a restaurant at the Beachfront location. We had a 5 minute walk through town with access to the beach through the Beachfront location. The property has a master bedroom with attached ensuite as well as 2 additional bedrooms and an additional washroom. 'We loved the location of this VRBO as it was indeed walking distance to the beach 10 minutes in the heat & on the hill. It was quiet and pretty and it had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor showers for getting off salt, sand, and lots of dust. Access to a washer/dryer was nice, the pool was very cute, and we didn't need any more space as it was just the three of us and all we did there was shower and sleep and make coffee.The AC works but doesn't get "American cold" -- to be expected....
