'Our room was a junior suite with a hot tub out back. The room was large and tastefully decorated. I don’t think it could have been any cleaner. Staff we interacted with were helpful and great to speak with, even with my near nonexistent Spanish. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food. I didn’t use the pool but my wife did. She said it was clean and enjoyable.'

'We were so impressed by the property. The room was very private with a hot tub and large back deck. The restaurant on the premises served 3 meals per day and had great food that offered local cuisine as well as something for everyone. We would definitely come back or visit their sister property on the Oso Peninsula. Loved it!'

'Perfect location if you’re bouncing around La Fortuna, the hotel is truly special. Massive breakfast spread, tons of different thermal pools right on property, and huge clean rooms. Can’t recommend this spot enough. Will absolutely stay again next time I’m in La Fortuna'

'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '
