'There isn’t much close by just the beach and huge amazing pool. Wish there were more shops'

'The main restaurant has no AC or fans.'

'We stayed for 3 nights in May. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, and the gardens and surrounding nature create a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city. Everything was well managed and thoughtfully looked after. Their cocktails were also exceptional! A special mention to the staff member who prepared them for me (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). He took the time...

'Despite of booking the property due to some technical system error in their system we couldnt get a stay itself'

'Perfect place for our first location in Sri Lanka. We stayed three nights and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. Free shuttle to the empty beach also worked great. Would always return here.'

'For us the RIU is always a safe choice, also this time. On the property it is very nice. All the restaurants, the kindness of the staff is good. I think that it is a typical Asian thing that when they think you're done eating they rush your plate away. Same was in Indonesia and Thailand...and I still not get used to it. Entertainment during the day and evening, nothing to get bored. Once you leave that area, for example you leave to go to the beach, you are surrounded by many people who all...

'Very clean room, nice restaurant with tasty food, helpful staff. Very close to the Fort, 5min ride, still very calm'

'Prachtige en rustige lokatie, hotel is vrij nieuw, personeel geweldig.'

'The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.'
