'I travel to Dallas for work regularly. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone. '

'I am an old guy who does not do social media, the staff walked me through the process and I am glad they did. A full size apartment, easy access for covered gared parking in a college neighborhood near to many great dining options. Yet quiet. Whole Foods just down the road one way and a huge store just two blocks the other way. '

'I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. '

'I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend.'

'We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay...

'We booked our stay months ago for my 20th high school reunion, we knew it would be a busy weekend because of the Texas OU game. We think the host Realized they could have charged a lot More for that weekend and must have booked somebody for more and decided. Instead of letting us know to ghost us completely. Neither VRBO or us could get a hold of them.'

'We went for a long weekend away with our family of four. First of all, the house is super cute and located on a nice, calm canal. Being able to tie up our boat to the dock was fantastic! The homeowners were extremely responsive and added thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of snacks and coffee pods. They were more than generous in giving us an extended checkout time as well.
