'We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.'

'RV was really cute and the property manager was very friendly. Everything was clean and working which is a huge plus considering it was so affordable. Only things I missed was things like hand soap, shampoo, ect. The bed was pretty hard but not the worst I've been on. No TV so if you're wanting to watch something you'll have to bring your own. We didn't have time for TV so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay again '

'Good hotel for our trip from LA to Death Valley and stay the night there. Restaurant next door for dinner was good. Breakfast at the hotel had some six choices on the menu but good enough and cooked to order so that's always nice. Rooms where fine and spacious.'

'I stayed here with my mom aunt and husband for one night. This is a very comfortable place to crash the night and better than a hotel. We watched movies at the living room and the house it’s well equipped with a a/c unit since outside was supper hot. The house is gated and The two bathrooms were equipped with towels liquid soap and shampoo. Loved the cold water inside the fridge. Great communication with host. Will definitely stay here again .'

'The property was decorated with mid century cabin charm inside and outside the garden area had distinct seating spaces to enjoy whether you wanted to dine alfresco, take a siesta in the hammock or chill on the patio listening to the river flow. All the amenities were high quality and plentiful. I wish we could have the bed shipped home it was so comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation. '

'The cabin it was very conformable and the area very quiet perfect it was a wonderful vacation and the information that we got from you to get into the cabin it helps us thank you we'll do it again '

'We stayed for just one night in our way to San Francisco but this was a great place for us to rest with our dogs. The house isnt fancy but is clean and very big! Way more space than we needed but we enjoyed the cool weather (15-20 degrees cooler than in the valley) and loved walking to the market and deli down the hill.'

'We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend '

'We traveled with two other families to a cozy cabin in the snow, and it was perfect for our group. Each family had their own full bathroom, which made everything so much easier. The downstairs area was spacious and felt like its own cabin, complete with a living room and kitchenette. Our kids chose to forgo the bunk beds and turned that space into a fort where they all slept together. They absolutely loved having their own little area, and the adults enjoyed the roomy living room, fireplace, and...

'We enjoyed this large home with our large family. It was great to have space for parents, grandparents, and kids - indoors and outdoors. Heidi clearly defined the rules of the home, and was responsive to our questions. Although there was no air conditioning, with the breeze and fans going, we were able to keep the rooms cool. PMC is a great community to visit.'

'I spent the weekend in Bakersfield with family and had a great time at the Hacienda! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking items and there were enough spaces in the house that I could escape the noise of loud talkers. ;)Lori was incredibly responsive and kindly left snacks for arrival.There was a lot of street parking and a grocery store less than 10 min away.'
