'Prima hotel. Het ziet er heel mooi uit van buiten en van binnen. Ik heb een paar minpunten. De kamer is nogal klein, waardoor je ruimte moet zoeken om je gebed te kunnen doen. En de airco wordt ijskoud 's nachts. Ook al zet je hem op een hogere temperatuur, hij springt toch weer terug naar 16 graden. Het ontbijt is weinig, maar lekker. In de buurt is niet veel te doen, maar dat hoefde de ook niet, want we kwamen hier enkel voor de Lost World of Tambun. Je kunt met de Grab ook naar het Aeon...

'First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. 'Dit complex was een slechte ervaring. We hadden een hotelkamer geboekt voor 5 personen/3 bedrooms en het bleek een serviced appartement te zijn in het naastgelegen gebouw. Het hotel leek prima, maar dit gedeelte was een grote teleurstelling. Slecht onderhouden, het behang kwam van de muren af, het slot van het balkon moesten we laten repareren omdat het omgedraaid zat (!), lekkage/overlopende afvoer in de badkamer, geen wifi, en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. 'Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one. '
