'Sweet cottage with amazing views. Some items could use updating but everything works well, and it's well stocked. We had some water issues and the property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. She even brought us some water til everything was resolved. Absolutely the best property manager I've ever dealt with. Would stay here again! Perfect for relaxing! '

'Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out. '

'Just to be able to sit on the back deck and watch the wild was fantastic for us and my son and nephew fell in love with the private dock area. I loved looking out at the river so much. We have decided it is the spot for us and would love to visit it again soon.'

'We spent Memorial Day Weekend on this property. The property is in a beautiful location and we had success fishing directly from the pier. The owner was super responsive to questions. I've already recommended the home to two of our friends. '

'Beyond being a lovely house, we were impressed by how much space we had available. We had four adults, each of whom had their own room and their own bed—usually oversized—with several beds to spare and more comfy common areas than we could fully take advantage of. Next time I’ll bring more friends!'

'Quiet and secluded home, enjoyable relaxing either creekside on small deck or on larger deck at the house.. Sat by the creek early evening with no bugs..Well insulated to the point we could barely know the owners were upstairs… owners were very nice and helpful if needed…Like others noted a selection of snacks, spices, condiments were available, along with drinking water bottles…The appliances worked just fine, everything was clean… we need to cook meals while traveling, plenty of pots n pans,...

'Love this house. It was spotlessly clean. Off the beaten path so WiFi and cell service can be spotty. Great to unplug and enjoy all the property and the Northern Neck have to offer. Loved seeing deer and their fawns in the yard!'
