'I got there they did not have the room I reserved instead of giving me the king bed with a sofa suite like I reserved they gave me a two bed room not big enough for us to move around in and not enough space for everyone to sleep and I didn't even get the price difference back.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Moscow, Idaho! The hotel is in a great location and was the perfect place to stay during our trip to explore the beautiful Palouse region. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a spacious bathroom and a big-screen TV.
