We arrived that night to a hotel staff member who was unapologetic to the fact that the pool and hot tub were out of order. She said we could cancel through Expedia and try and find another Hotel in town. That was close to impossible for a reasonable price. I paid top dollar for Hotel Ruby and...

'Nette lodge, ruime parkeermogelijkheid voor de deur van de kamer. Alle voorzieningen om zelf te koken wat van pas komt gezien geen voorziening voor ontbijt in de lodge zelf. WIFI en TV met goede snelheid / ontvangst. Omgeving is mooi, het dorp is een typische Amerkaanse kleine community met vriendelijke mensen. Uit- eetmogelijkheden zijn beperkt. Goede locatie voor tussenstop op doorreis. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten en genoten van een dagje rust op onze 4 weken durende trip doorheen NW USA.'

'Very nice place. Decor was tasteful. Room was clean and large. Staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The only negative was the HVAC unit fan was loud and the whole unit rattled while the compressor was on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.'

'We truly enjoyed our time staying at the teepee on the property. It's located at the back of the property and it is peaceful. The bed was comfortable and was clean inside. There was also a table and futon couch and microwave/fridge. A few things to note: There is a small airport across the road and we heard a plane flying very nearby at night which we wouldn't have expected. Also there are trains which pass and sound their horns. It's not loud but I heard it while my wife completely slept...

'This is a poorly maintained old property. Insufficient electrical outlets. Takes forever to get hot water and difficult to keep it adjusted. Shower was barely big enough to stand in it and water was barely more than a drizzle. Light bulb not working. Free breakfast was advertised but not provided.Three nights stay with no housekeeping of any kind. Will never return.'

'The room was clean, the staff that I met were kind and helpful. I ended up there on s'mores night. Each guest gets a pack with marshmallows, graham crackers and 2 different types of chocolate and a roasting stick. The fires are lit at 530pm and people were having so much fun roasting marshmallows.'
