'The girl was super clean, convenient, and the staff was great'

'I had to stay a week here and it was great! The cleaners aren’t super great but the front desk people are so super awesome! The laundry facility was very helpful in my situation!'

'Simple, clean, coffee, water (by the gym) available all day... Ample parking. Coffee is a great perk when leaving at 4 am for a flight. If you don't need to be walking distance from AU, hands down best pick, if the hotel itself is the priority and not the warm fuzzy welcome. Definitely would stay again. Much better than other area hotels. Including previously stayed at townplace suites and the graduate. I would stay here again, would not stay at either of the other places again. And if...

'Staff did not maintain breakfast area as they were slow to refill food options and during our multiple days of our stay they did not have any coffee — pots were empty — and staff had no urgency to refill the pots. Had to go elsewhere for food and coffee. Room had very worn and dirty carpet — needs to be replaced.'

'Upon check in went up to the room and the door was left wide open….went down to the lobby to get a new room and instead of speaking to a person had to deal with a “virtual lobby attendant” on a screen at around 9:20pm to get a new room. Very uncomfortable feeling in general and rooms weren’t very clean. The ac unit was barely working and room had a musty smell. I would’ve switched hotels entirely but the weekend was sold out for parents weekend and switching wasn’t an option.'

'Het is een mooi en uiterst schoon hotel. Wanden v hotel kamers heel dun, kamer naast ons woordelijk te verstaan. Hele nacht rumoer, deuren dichtslaan, mensen in de hal( vrachtwagen chauffeurs?) kletsen. Schoonmaakster wou al om 8.00 uur onze kamer schoonmaken, ze was al bezig met veel lawaai sinds 7.00 uur Ontbijt gekeken maar echt Amerikaans met verpakt broodjes. buiten bij Chappy’s Deli gegeten, daar waren veel locals '

'This Holiday Inn is extremely run down- was there for 4 nights and room was only serviced once (no the do not disturb sign was not on door) I had to finally insist someone service room. Tub wouldn’t drain had to take a shower in bath full of water. Called and they sent maintenance but because the room wasn’t serviced in a timely fashion the soap scum remained on tub. Positives were front desk was very friendly and the free coffee is actually very good- won’t be returning'

'Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were very nice. Cleaning the room the lady had an attitude,When we ask for towels. Rooms get cleaned every other day. Housekeeping leaves bags of towels in hallway hard to walk to elevator.'

'This motel was awful. I have never stayed ina place so terrible. First when we walked in, it was pitch black and we had to scramble around in the dark to find a light to turn on (the one by the door was broken). We later found out that the one by the bathroom mirror was also broken. Sooooo many things in the room were very rusty like the tub, the iron, and the sink, The toilet seat was messed up and very rough and actually cut my leg. The ironing board was all ripped up and gross, the sheets...
