'Cozy cabin was exactly that! Cozy, short walk to restaurants and ice cream. Coffee shop 1 block away and short drive to boat launch. Porch was great for morning coffee. WiFi worked great to stream Olympics. '

'This was a last minute Labor Day weekend reservation. The home was exactly what we were looking for, relaxation and fun on the lake. Barry was very responsive to our inquiries and even had the house ready for us to check in early. There was plenty of room for us to dock our 2 jet skis. The home was clean and comfortable, the lake was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. We had a great experience.'

'We had a wonderful week long stay at the Boathouse on Evans Lake. We had 18 people from ages 12 to 82. The owner, Bill, is great! He was very friendly and helpful. He had called me a couple days before our stay to tell me that we wouldn’t be able to bring our boats because there was an issue with the boat launch. 'This very clean, comfortable, modern suite with lots of amenities is part of a house with a spectacular view of Lake Erie. No other houses obstruct that view. Windows in the living room and sunroom are perfect for watching sunrises. Visitors can only walk on the portion of the seawall across this one property; the remainder of the seawall along the shore in that area is private. 'We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. The home itself was cozy and welcoming, with everything we needed to feel comfortable. 'This was a cute cabin. It's small, but it was just me and my dog, so it worked well. The bathroom situation was exactly as advertised but not as bad as I thought it would be. The tub was adorable.If you plan to cook, bring cold items or things you can microwave. That worked the best, although there is a stovetop and an air fryer.The best part of the cabin was the deck. 'This was a wonderful place to vacation with young children. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of entertainment inside and outside, for all weather conditions. Not pictured is a walk-in closet in the upstairs queen bedroom, which can fit a pack n play. Pack n play could also fit in the upstairs laundry room. This would be a great vacation for grandparents and a family with young children. My kids loved swimming at the beach and jumping off the pontoon in the middle of the lake....
